It seems life is an exhausting measure of run, run, run. All last week was moving during the day working at night. You sometimes don't realize the hours put in, until you fall on your face. Sometimes you need to step back, relax, and take time for yourself. You know what I mean, sleep!
This is not being selfish in anyway. Just like a mom who takes care of the kids all day, and those who don't think that a stay at home is not a job needs to be slapped in the face. It is great for the kids that they at least have one parent home at all times I believe. So in the long run they don't turn in to little hellions, starting the house on fire, giving your dog a new haircut, or even experimenting with their sibling wondering really how fast the spin cycle on the washing machine goes. So all to those Moms and Dads out there giving it their all, keep it going, keep it up, and all your hard work will pay off.
